Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 8, 2025

Thank you for using DynamicTensions.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who We Are

DynamicTensions.com is a web-based service that allows users to input a website URL and receive optimized meta descriptions and titles. This service is powered by AI and hosted on secure infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).

2. What Data We Collect

  • User-submitted URLs: When you input a URL, we process it to generate optimized metadata.
  • Rate-limiting identifier: We use a technical identifier (such as an anonymized or hashed IP address) to prevent abuse of the service. This is handled through our rate-limiting service and does not directly identify you.

We do not collect or store names, email addresses, or any other personal identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver the service: Your submitted URLs are processed using the OpenAI API to generate results.
  • To protect our platform: We use a rate-limiting system via Upstash Redis to ensure fair usage and protect against automated abuse.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to power our site:

  • OpenAI: For generating metadata based on user-submitted URLs. Only the input URL is sent for processing.
  • Upstash Redis: Used for caching and rate limiting. A non-identifying key is stored per user session.
  • Vercel: Our hosting provider, using servers located in Frankfurt, Germany.
  • Google Search Console: Used internally for monitoring website performance in search engines. This does not involve user data collection.

We have ensured that these providers meet the requirements for secure data processing under GDPR.

5. Data Storage and Security

  • All data transmissions are secured using HTTPS.
  • API keys are protected and rate limited to prevent misuse.
  • Our infrastructure provider (Vercel) follows industry-standard security practices.
  • Rate limiting identifiers are anonymized or pseudonymized, and no personally identifiable information is stored in Redis.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to our processing of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
